The Florida Eye Care Clinic was established in 1993 fulfilling Dr. Jay Crump’s vision in creating a local clinic in SW Florida to treat patients with attentive service in an environment that nurtures individualized care specific to each patients needs. With more than 29 years in his specialized field Dr. Crump still loves what he does and welcomes every guest in his office with enthusiasm. Dr. Crump has chosen to follow his heart and remain an independent health care provider so that ultimately along with his patient, he can determine the best treatment plan.
